Dr. Elizabeth Edwards, LCSW-QS, is a highly accomplished clinical social worker, administrator, educator, consultant, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience serving diverse populations acrossthe lifespan. As the Founder and Clinical Director of UniCultural Group Services, LLC., she is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services, clinical supervision, program development, quality assurance, and community-based support that promote wellness, resilience, and personal growth.
Dr. Edwards holds a Doctorate in Theology and Social Work, a Master of Social Work from Florida International University, and a specialization certificate in Social Work Administration and Leadership from Walden University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida, with extensive expertise in mental health treatment, crisis intervention, case management, behavioral assessments, psychotherapy, family systems, and program compliance.
Throughout her career, Dr. Edwards has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, families, older adults, and underserved populations. Her clinical specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, family conflict, life transitions, grief and loss, foster care, and community mental health. She is particularly passionate about supporting vulnerable populations and empowering individuals and families to overcome barriers and achieve meaningful outcomes.
As a leader in the behavioral health field, Dr. Edwards has successfully developed and managed programs focused on mental health, substance abuse treatment, community outreach, quality improvement, and contractual compliance. She possesses extensive experience in utilization review, medical social work, program auditing, staff development, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance, including standards associated with state and federal oversight agencies.
Through UniCultural Group Services, LLC., Dr. Edwards provides counseling, clinical supervision for social work professionals seeking licensure, mentoring services, life coaching, organizational consultation, program evaluation, staff training, and quality assurance support.
